( chenye alama mithili ya nyumba au O na hukaa katikati ya simu)

 Baada ya simu kuwaka na kuleta Recovery mode, itakuletea muonekano kama wa kwa picha hii hapa chini.

Kuna baadhi ya simu huleta maandishi ya kichina na kuleta muonekano wa dizain hii

4.  Tumia button za sauti kwa kupandisha au kushusha na kuchagua wipe data/factory reset ( au mstari wa tatu kutoka chini kwa simu zenye maandishi ya kichina kama inavyoonekana kwenye picha ya hapo juu ) kisha bonyeza kitufe cha kuwashia simu kuashiria OK.

5. Simu itaanza ku-reset yenyewe na baada ya kumaliza italeta muonekano kama huu wa kwenye picha ya hapa chini

6. Baada ya hapo chagua Option ya restart. 

Simu yako itwaka na haiitaka kukuficha kitu chochote kile kwa kukudai Password au Pattern.
