What are some little known ways to become ultra wealthy?
There aren’t any.
If you’re looking for a shortcut or a hack to being wealthy, there are only two that I know of…
  1. Be born into extreme wealth
  2. Be born with an exceptionally high IQ (150+) that allows you to spot disparate patterns and invest in risky assets with a high success rate
That’s it.
Otherwise, you’ll need to become wealthy the same way that EVERY other wealthy person (trust fund babies and savants not included) did.
Here’s how…
1 Develop Massive Knowledge and Expertise
Before you can make millions (or billions) of dollars, you must first develop the knowledge and skills to become the kind of person who deserves millions of dollars.
Here’s the deal…
Making money isn’t hard.
Becoming the type of person who is capable of making tons of money is the true challenge.
As my former podcast guest Craig Ballantyne says, “Success is simple once you accept how hard it is”.
There is NO easy way to wealth.
You must develop skill in SOMETHING whether it’s:
  • Spotting market trends (aka investing)
  • Copywriting
  • Sales
  • Product Creation
  • Marketing
  • Leadership
  • Teaching
  • Speaking
Or any other high income skill.
The better you are at a particularly valuable skill, the more you’ll get paid and the wealthier you’ll become.
It’s that simple.
2. Develop Massive Self Awareness
Once you have found and developed a skill that you are now an expert at, you’ve only taken the first step.
The right skills will make you a living, but self knowledge will make you a fortune.
What do I mean by this?
Learning exactly who you are, how you’re motivated, how you perform at your best, how you can optimize your routines, and how to be your best self each and every day.
Although personal development is an excellent pursuit, most self help books, speakers, and programs forget one critical component.
It is PERSONAL development, not general development.
Not everyone needs to chant affirmations, journal for 45 minutes, or wake up early.
Figure out what works for you and then run with it.
Specifically, you need to figure out:
  1. When your magic time is (e.g. what time of day you do your best work) and then protect that time with your life.
  2. How you are most motivated? Do you get motivated by money? By fear of failure? By the prospect of success? By having people look up to you? By impressing people you look up to? There’s no wrong answer. Figure out how you’re motivated and go all in on it.
  3. What your strengths and weaknesses are.
  4. What your current “work capacity” is (e.g. the amount of time you can work in a day without allowing the quality of your work to suffer). Once you’ve figured out your current capacity, you’ll want to apply the principle of progressive overload to slowly build your work ethic muscle.
  5. How you can optimize your environment to ensure success. What can you do on a daily basis that will help make success automatic? (e.g. putting a calendar on the wall and putting a red x on every day that you work a certain number of hours and attempting to never break the chain).
When you know yourself, you can conquer any challenge. But if you don’t understand who you are and how you operate, you’ll never be able to achieve the wealth that you truly desire.
3. Learn to Network, Lead, and Delegate
You will never become truly wealthy on your own.
To achieve lasting wealth, you’ll need allies. Whether they are employees in your business, assistants who help you capitalize on a 7-figure skill, or friends with whom you can invest or complete joint ventures.
So before you can become wealthy, you must first become a master at social dynamics.
Learn how to lead others and how to manage a team.
Learn how to network and expand your existing list of allies.
Learn how to delegate busy work and effectively teach others to take over tasks you no longer want to do.
Once you’ve mastered the soft social skills required to become wealthy, you’re more than halfway home.
4. Grow Your Money, Don’t Spend It
The reason that most people don’t build lasting wealth is because they have a lot of money but still operate from a poverty mindset.
There are tons of people who make lots of money, millions even, and die broke.
Because they spent their money instead of growing it.
If you want to become wealthy then you must do what wealthy people do. That is to say that you must GROW your money instead of spending it.
Whatever you make (after taxes) whether it’s $30,000 or $1,000,000 you are only going to live on 70% of it.
Here’s how you’ll use the rest of it…
  • 5% goes to charities or organizations you believe in… Wealth is only built from abundance and if you’re reading this article right now, then you have more than most people ever will. Even if you can only donate $20, start giving now. It will help rewire your mindset to realize that wealth isn’t scarce and that you have a lot to be grateful for.
  • 20% goes to growing your wealth in the form of cash producing assets… I’d recommend allocating about 10% for safe investments like mutual funds, an IRA, or something similar. The other 10% should be used to fund a new business, invest in real estate, buy cryptocurrencies, or invest in the stock market.
  • 5% goes to personal or professional development… No matter how good you are, you can always get better. Invest in books, programs, seminars, coaches, and other resources that will help you improve yourself personally or improve your professional skill set.
If you will do this over the long term (years not months) I promise, you will become wealthy no matter how much money you are earning right now.
5. Have FUN!
I know a lot of incredibly wealthy people who are deeply unhappy.
Don’t let this be you…
Money is amazing. I freaking love it and it lets me live the life of freedom and adventure I’ve always wanted.
But in recent years, I’ve realized that pursuing wealth isn’t a zero sum game.
You’ll never arrive at a point where you’ve “made it” or feel like you can stop.
So give yourself the greatest gift of all and choose happiness now.
After about 6-figures, money won’t really make you that much happier and you can easily live a millionaire lifestyle on $360,000 a year.
So relax and have fun while you make your millions. The money isn’t going anywhere… Your life is.
Stay Grounded,

What are the 'must know' things before turning 25?
  1. I’ve attached a list of 26 things I’ve learned, each one representing a year of my life.
    1. Youth doesn't guarantee innovation, and experience doesn't guarantee wisdom.
    2. If you follow advice from the 99%, you'll become like the 99%.
    3. Be careful who's counsel you seek. Many people have opinions on what should be done, without ever doing something themselves.
    4. Wisdom is knowing how to work around your own limits.
    5. Make mistakes early and often. Failure to learn from your mistakes is the fastest path to failure.
    6. "Men put their money where their heart is."
    7. Getting too comfortable hinders progress more than hardship.
    8. To achieve excellence with big things, we also develop a habit of perfecting the little things as well. It all adds up.
    9. Bringing out our primal instincts can help us cut to the truth of what we need. Fasting is one way to clear the mind for important decisions.
    10. Butterflies all started off at caterpillars. Be patient, we’ll all blossom in our own way.
    11. Our youth flies by quickly. Dive into your passions and learn everything there is to know about it. It will either become good memories or will be useful eventually.
    12. Never giving up is just as important as knowing when to give up. However, too often we do the latter.
    13. If you run with wolves you'll learn how to howl. If you fly with eagles you'll learn how to soar to great heights. Associate yourself with those you want to be like.
    14. Our lives are only getting shorter.
    15. Philosophy attempts to teach us through beliefs. Poverty teaches us through reality.
    16. Talk to yourself. It helps verbalize your thoughts and stimulate an internal dialogue.
    17. Don't bother competing with everyone. Just focus on playing your best game.
    18. You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.
    19. Length of a relationship doesn't determine the depth. You can know of someone for years but never really know them.
    20. Your bank account will remain empty until you do something about it.
    21. Treat life like a science experiment. Your failures are experiments that guide you what to do next.
    22. Don't depend too much on anyone. Even shadows disappear in darkness.
    23. Sometimes the bad things in life put us on track to the good things. Trust things will work out in the end.
    24. Appreciate and be thankful for your family. They'll always be there for you no matter what. Just don't forget that they're also human and try their best in their own way.
    25. Sometimes the person you want the most, is the person you're best without.
    26. Laughter and silence are powerful tools. Laughter can solve many problems, and silence can avoid them

How can one become a part of the 1%?
Simple… Do what the 1% does.
Success leaves clues. It’s not a mystery or an enigma. It’s a formula that anyone can follow.
The only problem? It’s REALLY F*&%$^G Hard!
1%’ers have a household income of roughly $525,000.
Achieving this goal is possible. But it will take time, persistence, and effort.
I’ve built a 7-figure business and joined the 1% myself over the course of the past 6 years.
But more importantly, I’ve interviewed more than 400 1%’ers and clearly identified the key habits that set them apart from the 99%.
    Here they are.
    1. They Value Education Over Entertainment
    Poor people value entertainment.
They spend their time watching television, playing video games, screwing around on social media, and wasting their time.
    Rich people don’t.
They value education and constant growth.
They read every single day. They attend seminars. They hire coaches. If they watch television or play video games, they do so in a strategic manner designed to help they recharge, not to distract themselves from the tasks at hand.
I’ve never met someone who reads nonfiction books everyday for 30–60 minutes and isn’t wealthy. (With the rare exception of individuals who read all day but never take action.)
If you want to join the 1%, then this is where you start.
    Double down on your education.
Learn about sales, marketing, psychology, high performance, productivity, business systems, and finance.
Put down the remote and pick up a book.
It changed my life and it will change yours too.
    2. The Have a Plan and Stick to It
One of the key habits that differentiates high performers (1%’ers) from the rest of the population is that they are proactive instead of reactive.
Let me show you what I mean.
Your average person watches 4 hours of television every night.
They go to bed exhausted with no plan for the next day.
They wake up, hit snooze several times, and then rush to get out of bed and make it to their job on time.
When they arrive, they have no plan and spend the morning aimlessly answering emails and dealing with drama.
They are barely able to accomplish the important tasks of the day and come home having accomplished nothing… Just to do it all over again.
A 1%’er (or soon to be 1%’er), on the other hand, lives differently.
Every night, they write out what they accomplished that day and what their plan is for the following day.
They have a clear list of priorities that they plan to accomplish.
They wake up before they need to, spend a few minutes exercising, reading, journaling, and meditating before going to work or building their business.
When they start their day, they know exactlywhat needs to be done and why.
They methodically move through their most valuable priorities, avoiding distractions like email, social media, and water cooler talk.
When the day ends, they’ve accomplished at least one or two of their biggest priorities and they learn from their mistakes so that they can avoid making those mistakes the next day.
THAT is the difference between the 1% and everyone else.
Luckily, this isn’t all that hard.
Start by writing out a plan for the next 5 years of your life and figure out exactly what you want to accomplish.
Based on that document, plan for every day the night before. Put your gym clothes, journal, and book somewhere that they are easy to access and move your alarm across the room so that you can’t hit snooze.
This simple shift will radically alter your days and put you in a state of proactivity vs. reactivity.
    3. They Invest Their Money In Themselves and Other Appreciating Assets
Poor people spend money. Rich people invest.
I don’t mean that they invest in stocks, real estate, or cryptocurrencies (although many do).
They simply invest their money into appreciating assets… Namely, themselves.
Whereas poor people will spend their money on the latest pair of Jordan’s, cars they can’t afford, and giant television sets, rich people are different.
1%’ers are notorious for spending lavishly on their own personal development and performance.
They will spend thousands (sometimes millions) of dollars on advanced training, high performance coaching, books, seminars, and lectures.
They invest in high quality supplements and a healthy diet that allows them to have high energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.
If you want to join the 1% then you must stop spending your money on pointless crap that doesn’t serve you.
Buy clothes at Walmart, drive a used car, and downsize your house.
Take ALL of the money you are saving and invest it in yourself.
Buy a huge library of books. Spend thousands on online marketing courses. Attend personal development seminars. Hire business and life coaches to help you break through to the next level.
Invest in yourself (and eventually in other money making assets) and you will eventually join the 1%.
    4. They Work On the Right Things
Poor people work on whatever is in front of them, rich people work on what’s most important to them.
Poor people will work their job, collect their $40,000 a year, and go on with their lives.
Rich people (or soon to be rich people) will wake up early so that they can write their book, grow their business, and build their legacy.
They don’t work on the things that are easy. They work on the things that will get them results.
If they have to, they will work longer hours than anyone else so they can build their dreams.
They know the power of saying “No” to things that don’t serve their ultimate vision and they have laser focus on their #1 most important goal.
    5. They Lay One Brick a Day
1%’ers operate by a philosophy known as “Kaizen” which loosely translates to “Small daily improvement”.
They don’t try to change everything all at once.
They are patient. They lay one brick a day.
Whether it’s writing 1,000 words in their book, spending 1 hour on acquiring new leads for a marketing agency, or reading 10 pages a day, they do something every single day that will help them achieve their goal in the long run.
They know that it’s the tiny actions (not the grand leaps) that determine a person’s destiny.
They understand the power of the compound effect.
1% compounded over ten years is a 3,650% improvement.
That’s the difference between earning $100,000 a year and earning $3.6 million a year.
Tap into this power and your life will change forever… IF you play the long game.
    6. They Play the Long Game
1%’ers understand that life is a game played in years and decades, not months.
They have goals for the next 30 and 90 days, yes. But they are more considerate of the next decade and how their actions today will impact them 10, 20, 30, and 40 years from now.
They act with a sense of urgency, but they don’t expect results to come quickly.
They simply take small daily actions everyday knowing that one day, the results will compound and they will have the life of their dreams.
    7. They Value the Power of Networking
1%’ers have allies. The 99% has friends.
Rich people understand the value of networking and giving value to others with no expectation of anything in return.
They intentionally build a network of people who are better than they are in their field. People who make them uncomfortable and insecure. People who challenge them to rise above mediocrity and achieve a life of success and integrity.
    Conclusion
    I hope this helps.
    Remember, success leaves clues.
If you want to join the 1% then find a 1%’er who you admire and want to be more like and go work for them for free.
Do what you need to do to surround yourself with the right people. Adopt their habits. Commit to the long game and one day, you WILL succeed.

    Stop living for the weekend!

    Stop living for the weekend!

Sunday night, after you finish all your fun activities and your hangover is almost over, you enter a mild depression. Monday morning, your alarm goes off and you just regret everything.Wednesday is a struggle, half way through the week. Thursday is made more bearable by the upcoming weekend. By mid-afternoon on Friday, you can't focus on work because you're ready to run out of the office and can’t wait to party night.

👉Imagine the possibilities if we got as excited for Monday-Friday as we do for the weekend. Of course, this is easier said than done. But it can be done and it will make you a happier person.

    ✔️Celebrate the small things

During the week, we are bogged down by to-do lists, projects and goals. It’s really easy to keep looking ahead to the next due date or the next item on the agenda. However, by not giving ourselves time to celebrate small achievements we are not enjoying the work week as much as we could.

    ✔️Count your blessings

Focus on what you already have. Your family, friends, job, home, pets, etc. Spend time with the people you love. Find a hobby you enjoy and make time for it each day. Create a morning routine that will make you feel refreshed and energized.

    ✔️Prioritize.

Get the “I’m too busy” out of your head. Because you’re not too busy. You just have something else you want to spend your time doing. And that’s okay. If you want to make time for something, it must be a priority.

    ✔️Make time for yourself.

Do something you love doing at least once a day. Go on a walk, take a bath, read a book, make something with your hands, get your nails done, have a good conversation, go see a show. When you do the things you love it’s hard not to feel good about where your time is being spent.

    ✔️Be gentle with yourself.

Routines take some time. Getting into the flow of changing your lifestyle a little will probably take a few weeks for it to become normal. Enjoy the process and become aware of how you feel throughout the changes.

🔥And the most important thing, find a job or CREATE something that will make you happy and make you money at the same time.

Kuna aina kuu tatu. Hapa cha muhimu kujua ni kuzifahamu hizi alama zake,

ukikuta memori kadi imeandikwa ina ukubwa wa GB 8 na huku ukiiangalia haina alama ya familia hiyo basi utambue unanunua kimeo.

    1. SDSC or SD

Hizi zina ukubwa wa hadi GB 4

    2. SDHC- Ukubwa wa GB 4 – GB 32

Ukiona tu haviendani ujue unanunua bomu.

    Kwenye Simu
